Meet Lee. He has been with us for nearly a decade and knows all our shop equipment inside and out. His unique skill is a clear asset to everyone on the team. His ability to make “something out of nothing” drives efficiency, productivity, and long-term operational stability. By maintaining, repairing, and optimizing equipment, he helps prevent costly downtime and extends the lifespan of critical operations. His ability to troubleshoot issues quickly keeps production on schedule, minimizing disruptions and ensuring consistent output.

We also appreciate his contribution to workplace safety, since he can identify mechanical risks before they become hazards. Beyond repairs, Lee works every day to fashion new “machine parts and pieces” that enhance operational workflows and fine-tune equipment for better performance. Jason began with the company as a part‑time employee while still in high school, growing his skills and responsibilities over the years. He has excelled in a wide range of roles, ultimately becoming Plant Manager in 2004. His hands‑on experience, deep operational knowledge, and strong commitment to customer service make him an exceptional leader.

Charlene Groves

Lee joined the company in 2001 as an operator, quickly proving himself to be a dedicated and capable team member. Desireé has worked in baling wire sales since 2008, building her expertise over more than 17 years in the industry. Guided early on by the experience and insight of her brother, Jerry Manna, she has grown into a knowledgeable and trusted professional who keeps his influence close in her approach to the business.

She has built long‑standing relationships with her customers, developing a rapport that goes beyond transactions and reflects a genuine personal connection.

Outside of work, Desireé enjoys cooking, entertaining, spending time with friends, and taking long walks with her Scottish Terrier, Scottie.
